Your annual homeowner dues are due on January 1st of the following year. The total annual amount is $250.00.

If you prefer to split your dues into two payments, you may do so. That makes your first payment of $125.00 due on January 1st and your second payment of $125.00 due on June 1st.

If your payment of at least $125.00 is not postmarked by January 31st of the current year’s dues period, you will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. If the final payment of all your dues and fees are not postmarked by June 30th you will be assessed another $25.00 late fee for a total of $50.00 in late fees for that calendar year.

If either installment becomes more than 60 days late, you will begin incurring interest charges at an annual rate of 15% for the amount past due.

Please make your checks or money orders payable to Hawthorne Place Owners Association and send them to the address in the letterhead.
